Maybe, but I see his supposed change of demeanor as quite logical. He dealt with his crap in ME2, and I imagine he has grown ever more comfortable with Shepard and his/her doings, and perhaps with you-know-who. I mean, one of his last conversations in ME2 talked about his sexual encounter with an old turian team-mate.

Not recruiting Tali is hardly a bad thing. Almost all of my Sheps romance Garrus, I have no problems with Garrus/Tali, and I'll probably never recruit her because she's probably better off.

He did seem to have a bit more of a drawl in some of that dialogue, but I think it's more just his trying to be a smooth talker. Me likes.

Same, I think it's kind of cool they hook up. Means some characters are not pining for Shepard's love if he/she decides not to pursue them.

my male shepard nathan shepard betrayed ashley for tali but I wonder if I could hook tali and garrus up despite me being with tali in ME 2 and then have my shepard to hook up with liara instead of ashley again
