Hey guys, look, even if the ending sucks, the game is still pretty good.

1. Tali commits suicide if you side with the geth.
2. You can kill Wrex to save Mordin.
3. You can let Kai Leng kill Miranda and a few others if you elect not to warn them of him.
4. Jack can be left in a torture chamber and be turned into a phantom (whatever that is).
Yeah, the ending sucks, but I can still see myself getting a lot of replay value and entertainment from ME3. Let's look on the bright side, people!

But at least you, XX55XX, will have enjoyed the game.

What bothers you and me are completely different, so I'm glad you'll be getting a lot of replay value from choosing the same grimdark endings. I see it as a "one and done" deal myself.

I don't like the ending because it lacks a lot of closure, for one. But it sounds like the journey getting there is good.

Uh, no. We've spent a huge number of hours (ranging from 3 to 4 digits depending on how many Shepards we have) into this damn series, and did not sign up for a **** ending. This crap is why I gave away Fallout 3 after playing the game for a month. It's the equivalent of saying you want to have a successful career in your field only for some random gunman to shoot you in your house before you bother starting that career
Video games =/= real life.

Why would I want to save Mordin over Wrex? They didn't even keep the same voice actor, and that was half of his charm!
Mordin is the man. Characters are more than just the voice actors behind them - writing counts, too.

Time spent playing video games == time spent playing video games in real life.
Some of us have invested days, hours, etc. into this series for a very disappointing ending. It really renders the whole experience fairly worthless if nothing we've done over the course of 3 games can change the outcome of a game series that promotes the idea of choice.

I'm not sure, but Wrex realizes that Mordin was one of the architects of the genophage and probably gets really pissed. Of course, for a krogan, that would lead to a murder.
Mordin can die under Wrex's hands or die while spreading the cure for the genophage.

Videogames shouldnt be realistic unless their FPS and this is an RPG with giant mechanical robots of doom
To be fair, supposedly "realistic" FPS games often involve taking two dozen shotgun blasts to the chest then hiding behind cover for a few seconds while you regen health.

I guess you haven't played ArmA, then. Try that game for ultra-realism. It's a great milsim.

Is there any possibility of Mordin not dying if you want to cure the Genophage?XX55XX wrote...

It sounds like you really are just picking up on this stuff from rumors rather than reading/playing.

I am, actually. But the sources are good.
