I realize you need to keep up appearances for the rest of them. Don't worry, it's cool.

Hey guys, look, even if the ending sucks, the game is still pretty good.

There is also some story/plot elements in the game which aren't interesting.
The only remained aspect is Pew Pew!

Uh, no. We've spent a huge number of hours (ranging from 3 to 4 digits depending on how many Shepards we have) into this damn series, and did not sign up for a **** ending. This crap is why I gave away Fallout 3 after playing the game for a month. It's the equivalent of saying you want to have a successful career in your field only for some random gunman to shoot you in your house before you bother starting that career
Video games =/= real life.
Really?
Damn this whole time i though i was a krogan.

I've been heartened to hear to that the squadmates of ME can saved/killed depending on your actions in the game. For example:
1. Tali commits suicide if you side with the geth.
2. You can kill Wrex to save Mordin.
3. You can let Kai Leng kill Miranda and a few others if you elect not to warn them of him.
4. Jack can be left in a torture chamber and be turned into a phantom (whatever that is).
Yeah, the ending sucks, but I can still see myself getting a lot of replay value and entertainment from ME3. Let's look on the bright side, people!
With all due respect, sir. This:
Negates everthing you said. There is no replay value. There's no "play" value, period, for anyone that isn't an OCD completionist or a drone. I mean...come on! It's like they didn't even Try! (Ahem) Still, by all means. It's your wallet good sir.

Haha. No play value? Thats funny. You sir, terribly miscontrued your priorities. You do not have to be a "drone" (lame generic insult) or a completionist. Infact the journey is what matters not the outcome. I fail to see how their is no replay value either. If you play just for some ending then I feel sorry for you as most forms of media invariably have bad endings.

The ending doesn't change much, but the plot does.

What did you expect drastically different endings just so you can have 'choice?' Get real. Of course the main ending is going to be the same, I.E. the Reapers are destroyed and the mass effect technology is made useless. How else can they make sequals in the future when the main storyline could be drastically different by the ending in ME3?Lunatic LK47 wrote...

Are you angry at Shakespeare for killing off Romeo and Juliet at the end? Did you write angry letters to Ridley Scott because he killed off Maximus at the end of Gladiator? Does anyone have the right to yell at JJ Abrams for destroying Vulcan in the new Star Trek movie?
You either accept an artist's vision or you avoid the work of art. Those are the options.
Uh, no. For a game that preaches about player choice, this completely nullifies it. BTW, your logic is completely flawed in every facet imaginable.

I don't think folks believe its a bad game, as much as they believe its a bad story.
