I have an old save game I'm trying to continue which needs Bring Down the Sky DLC.
I can't find the key for the DLC on your site anymore and I can't register ME1 on here anymore to get the key again!

Why isn't ME1 a game that you can register anymore? Where can I get bring Down the Sky key now?

There's a sticky topic for this issue in this forum that really needs to be edited. The last few pages in there talk about recent issues. To get BDTS you need to talk to EA support via email or live chat. It may take them awhile to get back to you but they will give you a download link and key code. Dont worry about registering ME1 because u can't do it anymore

This is really annoying... why not remove this stupid key from the BDTS-installer? I've spent hours now on trying to find the CD-key page again until i found this thread. I definitely should have written the key down in my Mass Effect-manual.

apparently my friend that works at bioware said there's no support staff anymore in bioware so storming into the office would be useless

I just spent the past couple of hours following instructions on this forum, the Steam forum, and even the EA help center, all of which apparently have outdated information. This is very frustrating. It is very true that DRM (a CD key is required to access the Bringing Down the Sky) only hurts the paying customers. I sent an email to EA with my CD key and hopefully they can fix this problem.

I got EA to give me a new key but BDtS still won't install. I keep getting the license limit error.

same problem here i mailed EA support they said they gave me new a new license to instill BDTS but it still keeps saying that i have reached the limit

Use EA Live Chat support, took them no more than 6 minutes to provide me with a download link and a new CDkey.
