I reinstalled Mass Effect 1 as I wanted to play them again before Mass Effect 3 comes out and when I finally had redownloaded and installed the DLC and wanted to play I got a message that my activation limit has been reached and that I have to contact EA support. Really annoying and silly that they have set a limit to how often you can install a game as it is rather obvious any older game will be reinstalled at more than one computer if it is being replayed.
Now I looked at support.ea.com, but, unless I miss something, there seems to be no way to directly contact EA about this and the search function of course omits problems about an activation limit.
Does anyone know how I can either reset this limit or else how I can contact EA directly?
Thanks!

The BDtS key is good for one use I believe, so yes - you do need to get a new one from EA support (or have them increase the limit for your existing code - but a new code is probably less complicated). They will give you a new key code, just request one via live chat or email thru the support page here (must be logged in to EA site): help.ea.com/connect-with-us

Actually the dlc limit is NOT one install, thus you should not have to get a new code. But you will have to fight though tech support to get your main game limit increased.

Yea same issue here.. even though my game was already installed it deactivated on me.. why did this happen? Is there a time limit for how long the game is active?

stuff the dlc, the whole game wont activate now because of the limit, activation limits are just as useless as EA's online pass's >.<
