It has been made clear to me by Bioware's Tully Ackland (UK Community Coordinator) that for those who order a localised version of Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360 (In my case the CE from amazon.fr) the English VO for the game will be made available in the form of DLC(twitter.com/#!/TullyAckland/status/175734392075988992).
Now my question to Bioware devs or to anyone that has that information is: Will that DLC be available on Day 1 or will I have to wait a few days or weeks to enjoy ME3 in all it's epicness?


P.S. The reason why I'm pre-ordering my CE from amazon.fr instead of amazon.co.uk or any other retailer who would sell me an English copy of the CE is that it's been sold out for a few days now

Are there any news about this? I'm in the same exact situation. Bought CE from amazon.fr, and can't choose english VO

I also had the same problem. Here is what you can do (worked perfectly for me):
Create a new xbox live account for the German marketplace (as the DLC is available over there), get the English VO DLC and one you log back in with your normal gamertag, the game starts in English right away.
