I beat the harvester on hard difficulty and got the grim reaper achievement which apparently gives me this item in origins and awakening and is apparently worth alot. however I do not have it where can I find it? I checked the party chest at wardens keep and my inventory but I cannot find it. Can anyone help?

I think you get that item when you start a new character. I believe it will be in your inventory when starting a new game. I might be wrong, since I haven't gotten that achievement before.
