You guys bicker too much without really having any point, because if you think your current one is a real one... hah you're a child.

You are getting more and more arrogent as time passes. take a break bro.

Arrogant? No.

Possibly some other terms though, contempt and idleness and that old saw.

He should of been executed instead.

Idleness breeds contempt, I've grown to have contempt for others in this forum because they seem so ignorant or at least they ignore what's right infront of them. I'm not arrogant by definition though, I'm not the nicest anymore tho either.

Why not Vigil, Saren, dead Virmire squadmate, any of the these? Wouldn't that put a personal touch on this whole thing?

Actually, scratch that, that would give credence to this whole silly process. I'm just going to pretend that nothing after Shepard waking up in the cutscene happens. Hopefully, the main meat of the game before the ending will be at least enjoyable.

According to dictionary definition, no.

Your insistence that I am, is insolent and arrogant by definition.

Arrogant. Adjective.Having or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities.

That's you today to a T, especially in the manner in which you try to deny it and then judge others, as if you're in an unquestioned position of authority or merit to do so.

Insolent I may be, but it doesn't make me wrong... and I prefer to be respectful towars people who can talk towards others with a measure of tact and humility.

Objection:

You're assuming my intent and position of mindset, which you can't do over an online basis as established by psychological profiling mandates. So no.

You're the one decrying me as being arrogant merely because I stick to my guns and expect people to know something before posting, that is stringent rather than arrogant.

Overruled. There is no need for pychological profiling mandates to judge someone based on social behavior in an informal setting. Mandates only apply to insitutions bound by them, of which we are not.

No, I call you arrogant because you've been consistently presumptuous, aggressive, self-important, but most of all unwilling and refusing to concede or admit any flaw when you've been shown to be wrong by other people, and yes you have made mistakes.

You've demanded respect you have not earned, belittled people who have disagreed with you on the basis of disagreeing with you, and shown no ability or inclination towards even the posibility of your own falibility. You address others with a tone of presumed and unquestionable authority and position of which you are not warranted.

You are not stringent. A stringent person holds the same standards to themselves that they do to others, but you have demonstrated no such willingness or ability. You are arrogant.

so , here is how i see it. shep has a soft spot for kids. he never had one , and they infer that it kind of bothers him when he is looking out of the window at the kid playing with the toy fighter. if i wanted to convice someone of the necessity of allowing something to happen, they had been fighting against for years, i would manifest in a form that would give them the most reason to at least listen.

Emotions are a huge part of what makes us who we are , and why shepard fought so hard. I think the guardian was just playing to that.

We all know they used the kid because they want to sell their whole "This is the best time to play ME series" bullcr@p. If they used the dead VS or Saren, then the newbies would be all confused and Bioware, for some odd reason, just doesn't like referring to ME1 alot.

You respond by your opinion, but I've modified some of my states or theories based on logical facts that were presented as well as enabled others to argue on behalf of the theory or issue and not come out negatively towards it.
