I have just recently purchased 'Dragon Age Origins ultimate addition' from Steam. I have paid full amount for this game and I have been unable to play this game due to being unable to see my cursor. This needs to be fixed as I have paid full price for this game and expect it to work upon purchasing. This is unacceptable and I need this problem to be addressed immediately.

There is no one but game players here, and few of those visit any more. You want instant results, you go to EA Help, not here.

I went to EA help and i couldn't find anything useful. Most of it is just talking about dlc problems but i don't have any dlc issues.

But there *are* stickies that give lots of information about all sorts of problems, not just DLC. Plus, there's the "... Read First" post which you seem to have missed. Despite it's clear heading and being right by the top of the forum.
Personally I find it unacceptable that some people who can't be bothered to register their game (showing they likely have a genuine copy) expect to get results without following the guidelines/rules and expect this user-to-user forum to pull answers magically out of a hat at their beck and call.
Looks like we're both shed out of luck.

I found a solution, sorry for being so ignorant and wasting your time. Next time i will check everything i can.
