So is there anything at all you can do to preserve your relationship with her? I'm a fan of Liara, but I also have Mshep saves where I have romances with Miranda and Tali (who I cheated with on Ash haha)

Tali is a Bummer too.
Miranda or Jack are the only real options.

Its mostly pointless too.No matter what you do, Liara either dies or becomes a broodmother of sorts. Go with Jack,Miranda, or Ash if your playing Mshep.
With Fshep.. I dont know..
What do u mean by she becomes a broodmother?

There were no Asaris in the epilogue. So logically Liara never had kids.
In her last words to Shepard. Both friends or lovers Liara and Shepard exchanged all their memories with each other as a last farewell.
After that I don't think Liara's going to have kids. They at most have one or two kids in a 1000yr life span only with their most trusted mates.
Asari's are not like humans who breed like rabbits on drugs.

True enough..but still.
If the planet the normandy crashes on, becomes the coloney from the epilouge...

Someone who claims to have a guide PMed me that there is a way to avoid Liara being stranded, but dunno for sure.
AFAIK the only way to prevent her fo being stranded is if she dies in the last mission. She has to be in your squad and had a GAW less than 2050 for it to happen.

I'll make sure to do that when I get the game sometime next year. Anything to save her from The Colony.
It'd be nice if she could just be in the final squad and not teleport to the Normandy... Then I can imagine her and Squaddie #2 waking up in the rubble of London just off camera beside Shepard. *sigh* Why, BW? WHY????

I'm not 100% sure....but if you destroyed the colector base in mass effect 2 and you have a GAW over than 1900 in the destroy ending, Earth gets devastated (but not destroyed). So maybe you can pull this off if you have between 1900 and 2050.ncknck wrote...
People wanted a lot of blue babies. And they get them! And killing her.. that would be killing humanity, not sure if good thing.
Stil is funny that we prefer an ending with a lower score than the one with full score lol (quite sad also really).

Hmm. If Sheapard thets the option to bang her before the final battle, maybe that'd technically get fulfiled - She has a kid with Shepard that gets born months after the Normandy crashes, but alas, Shepard hiom/herself doesn't survive to raise that kid (or even knows he/she had it if he/she survives)...
