if it exists IGN or Gamefaqs will find it bet on that
Or, you know, the people with access to the game files who have already data mined it.

I doubt there will be unless you do all the sidequests,DLC,and have 100%galactic readiness
All readiness does is impact your multiplier for your total score. The files for the ending just aren't there.
But, honestly, knock yourself out. Enjoy all that hard work for the same endings that are already out there...journey and destination and such.

You realise Prima guides are regularly full of rubbish, right? Considering that it's not in the game's video or audio files, if there's a "secret" ending, it must be damn secret.Naqey wrote...
because the official prima guide says so

People have data mined the retail copies, leaked Russian PC copy, and now Origin preloaded data, which includes the day 1 patch. There's also screenshots and audio files. I may even be missing some sources.

Mined by both someone with a space copy and people with the leaked PC game. Then mined by people who have the game pre-loaded. Then NG+ completed and confirmed for nothing new.I_Jedi wrote...

that's great, but how does it work?
does it work like a search function, in which some people put in a keyword and then they get all files with the name?
or are the videos and core game files really easy to access and one can say they now know everything about the game?
