Well actually GI Joe was a great 80's cartoon series (not as great as Transformers or MASK though), and Power Rangers is a horrible live action series from the early nineties...VettoRyouzou wrote...

You should really know what you are talking about before you make snide comments. When you say something is from a certain time period, and it goes beyond that time period, either know what you are talking about or don't talk.
Anyway. Anyone that has a problem swapping discs is a lazy blank.. And needs to do some excercise.

lol wow, all the pc elitists. I have an alienware computer and still use my 360 for games the majority of the time. Stop being stuck up and learn that some people prefer consoles.
Cool story bro.

I meant to say the very mighty and morphin' kind of power rangers, the 'original' ones from the nineties, the ones I actually watched a couple of times. My apologies that I didn't care enough that the Power Rangers, and all those other low quality Saban shows from that timespan were such a milkcow that they're still producing stuff based on the franchises, but I guess it couldn't have gotten any worse than it was...Vasparian wrote...

My mistake on GI Joe though: I based my assumptions on the 80's cartoon, and I really didn't know they were based on a line of action figures first appearing in 1964. I never played with them when I was a kid (and I wasn't around until the 80's), so I just remember the show which was standard American good vs evil fare of that era.

Despite of having the option to install games on the 360 players are still forced to swap disc? This is retarded.
1. Install both discs
2. Let friend install both discs
3. Let friend keep one
4. Both of you have acces to the full game with only one copy
5. ???
6. PROFIT
Am I the only person that sees this as an issue? >.>

Or make the first disk the requirement to run the game off your harddrive, so that if you don't have the first disk, you can't play with your install all the way through. Embed a code into DIsk one if that is possible would be a solution.Joker1117 wrote...

From what I hear, most countries will be blocking access to Pirate Bay...
Still, consoles don't burn your legs after about 6 hours straight, neither do they give you a stiff neck or eyestrain from being only 4 inches away from the screen, or randomly reboot because of Windows Update still deperately trying to install even though you get Task Manager up an keep ending the process.
I can drink a coffee while playing my XBox without fear of trashing the main unit, and play retail games without having an internet connection. My TV is at least 3 times larger than my laptop's screen, and, more importantly - it completely frees up my PC so that I can do whatever I want on it WHILE STILL PLAYING on the console - such as watch Youtube, post on message boards, check email, download a bunch of things, get a game guide off GameFAQS and follow it as I play...

This keeps getting better and better. I have a 20 gig hd which is actually only 13gb because 7 gig is reserved for the xbox software. I have all of the ME2 Dlc installed, Bastion and Disc 1 of ME3 and I have just under a gig left. I don't like playing my games on the xbox unless I have them installed, so am I going to have to get a thumb drive and format it so I can install disc 2 on it or can I keep disc 1 installed and still get all of the sidequests.
It's probably better to just get a bigger hard drive. They aren't very expensive these days. A USB stick is alright, but you'd be dedicating the stick to an install of Mass Effect, so one of your USB slots will be effectively in use at all times, and disk read speeds aren't as fast off a thumb stick.
I tried running the Sonic Generations demo off a thumb stick - it took me 8 minutes to boot

Thanks friend. I'm looking at craigslist and gamestop as I type this. And 20 bucks for a cable so I can transfer the data? MS shows NO LOVE.
