Since the other thread has been closed, plus it became a mish-mosh of various syncing/uploading issues.

I'm starting this thread for those players who have not had any data whatsoever uploaded to this site.  For people who have had some/incomplete data uploaded at some point, please create/use a different thread.  Again, this thread is just for those who have never had ANY data uploaded.

If we could keep this thread somewhat organized, maybe we can get something resolved.

If the Bioware folks read this, if there is a piece of information that you need to try and diagnose the issue, please state it, so we can give it to you.  Or if there is something you would like us to try (for a particular system(s)), I'm sure someone would be willing to give you a hand.

I have tried as many of the troubleshooting steps as I can, so unless it is a network issue, I don't think this is on my end.

@Dapliran: From what I can see you don't have any PS3 personas/gamer tags associated with the EA account you are using to log into this website.  Make sure the the EA account you using in game is the same as this one.  Or if you haven't already done so you could try linking your persona using the EA Support FAQ:

There is also an issue we are aware of with XBox360 and PS3 users personas/gamer tags. Some users currently have multiple personas/gamer tags associated with their EA account. In some of these cases we are choosing the wrong one on this website and people are unable to see their character data.



We are working on a fix for this.

signed up to the site a few days ago nothing has uploaded since but i managed to upload a character from the character generator on the pc.

DLC works fine recently bought wardens keep too so i now have it all.

other problem is unlocks i got from the site and dragon age journeys appear on the site under something i cant find it now....... but yea not appearing ingame.

i used the same email address for my xboxlive gamertag, this forum, EA account and when i 1st played DAO.

so what can you offer us to do? i contacted customer support 6 days ago and still no answer...

@odin456: You are having the same problem as the OP. You don't have any XBox360 personas/gamer tags associated with your EA account. Please try the EA Support FAQ linked above, except use the instructions to register your XBox persona instead of PS3.

@Corvus Black: All I can suggest, other than EA customer support, is posting in the platform specific Dragon Age technical support forums and trying work-arounds that other people have posted in these forums.

My character profiles seem to refuse to update. I have been playing the game on my PC since the day of release and the only thing that uploads to my Bioware Social Profile are my Achievements.



Nothing for my actual characters (or screen shots) are uploading/updating...what can i do to sort this out?

Characters to be uploaded: I have on site all characters uploaded from Character Creator, but for example "Yvain" is in my game level 22 now and "Wethrin" level 3...

So far my character profile has been empty, despite having EA support remove one of my PSN personas. Now i only have one PSN persona and I thought this would have fixed the problem but unfortunately for me that didn't work.

I appreciate you looking into this. It seems that my PSN ID was on an old EA account and have sent an email to EA support.



I will update, once I get a response from EA.

Well I have the option activated which uploads my character profile - actually I activated all online options.
But my character is still not online...
