No Character/Profile Data Uploaded at all

Since the other thread has been closed, plus it became a mish-mosh of various syncing/uploading issues.

I'm starting this thread for those players who have not had any data whatsoever uploaded to this site.  For people who have had some/incomplete data uploaded at some point, please create/use a different thread.  Again, this thread is just for those who have never had ANY data uploaded.

If we could keep this thread somewhat organized, maybe we can get something resolved.

If the Bioware folks read this, if there is a piece of information that you need to try and diagnose the issue, please state it, so we can give it to you.  Or if there is something you would like us to try (for a particular system(s)), I'm sure someone would be willing to give you a hand.

I'll start.

System used: PS3
System/network Errors while playing or for DLC: None
Game Registered: Yes
Characters to be uploaded: 1

I have tried as many of the troubleshooting steps as I can, so unless it is a network issue, I don't think this is on my end.

@Dapliran: From what I can see you don't have any PS3 personas/gamer tags associated with the EA account you are using to log into this website.  Make sure the the EA account you using in game is the same as this one.  Or if you haven't already done so you could try linking your persona using the EA Support FAQ:

@Corvus Black, VenomReleaser and CHT87: You have no data uploaded from the game to your online storage. It could be a network issue or a game issue but it is definitely not an issue with this website.

There is also an issue we are aware of with XBox360 and PS3 users personas/gamer tags. Some users currently have multiple personas/gamer tags associated with their EA account. In some of these cases we are choosing the wrong one on this website and people are unable to see their character data.



We are working on a fix for this.

@odin456: You are having the same problem as the OP. You don't have any XBox360 personas/gamer tags associated with your EA account. Please try the EA Support FAQ linked above, except use the instructions to register your XBox persona instead of PS3.

@Corvus Black: All I can suggest, other than EA customer support, is posting in the platform specific Dragon Age technical support forums and trying work-arounds that other people have posted in these forums.
