With the PC version, today was the first time it uploaded since 6 November. I discovered my problem was that I was launching the game from a shortcut on my desktop. When I ran the autorun on the DVD, it finally uploaded everything.
No Character/Profile Data Uploaded at all

My very first character updated as required, however, after that my characters were not updating at all. I had 5 characters before, but removed 3 due to them no longer existing on my system. The fourth character, elven mage, is STILL lvl 4, despite the fact I beat the game with him nearly two weeks ago.
Since that time, I've made two more characters that haven't even made it to the page. I've even used regular saves to see if it would transfer the data, but alas, no luck.

It would be nice to add "manual" uploading character on site (adding the proper option in Profile in-game menu)

That would be EXTREMELY useful. If only EA would get back to me about removing dual personas... the customer service e-mail service is taking FOREVER!

Emailed EA on Nov 28th, it's now Dec 2nd and I have not heard a peep. Not even a 'we are busy. we will get to you as soon as we can.' type of message.
I don't know if someone at Bioware could light a fire under EA support's rear, but it would be appreciated.

I was getting no response from posting a question at EA Support, so I decided to use the help.dragonage.com/chat system and the support there transfered my PSN ID to my current/DAO Email. Within minutes, my character here was up and updated. 
So for me, that was my issue. For those with the same issue that the PSN ID or XBL Gamer Tag is associated with the wrong address, use the above chat link or call EA support, it is just simply quicker.

I just contacted chat myself. My issue was with multiple personas so I had them remove the duplicates. Next time I play I'm hoping to have my information uploaded

One character uploaded initially with the character creator (Since been deleted in the hope that would fix the issue). A second Character Created with the character creator claimed to upload but never showed up. Since that initial character from the CC nothing has uploaded.

My problem is that the website thinks I am using another psn persona. EA support has already deleted the other persona but my profile is still EMPTY!

Bump. I just got done with a chat with a representative. He confirmed that my account is successfully linked all the way through with only one PSN yet nothing updates. He told me to wait 24 hours and get back to them if it still doesn't upload.

I recently deleted all of them from the site, but for some reason, when I reload a save from my lvl23 main character, he returns to the site as lvl11 with wicked itens, no photo and no portrait. And only he returns, the other 3 don't.
