So, what about if I romanced Liara in ME1, completed the Suicide Mission, then continued with Liara in LotSB, then romanced Tali? Repurcussions?

Hey hey hey, cheating on Ashley is fine cuz you know, she's a ****. What's Liara done so far to deserve it though? Besides taking a page out of Ahab's book in her hunt for the shadow broker, she's been awesome.

Now what I want to know is who leaks the info to LI, that you cheated, is it Cerberus or "Shadow Broker" (yes I know who the shadow is, but...) Does it explain how Ash or Kaidan find out. Liara is a given to know.

Bioware was pretty smart with getting the original LI's to ''give you the brush off'' in Mass Effect 2.
Ashley / Kaiden, appoligy email or not, don't really have a leg to stand on after how they treated you on Horizon and how they let you go into a suicide mission alone. In most realistic relationship scenarios if the love is there, especially given the circumstances and the hopeless / far more important situation everyone is in, quick forgiveness would be more likely, at least once they get over the fact that it is really Shepard and he can be trusted dispite being rebuilt by cerberus
Liara brushes you off (at least untill you play lair of shadowbroker) and acts differently emotionally anyway which can be explained away by the fact that she is not human.

Liara has a different mind set - she clearly feels emotions a little differently.
The tone was set in ME1, if her and ashley/kaiden got into conflict you could outright ask for a threesome. A/K would storm out but Liara would stay regardless. That's who Liara is.
And in Lair of the Shadowbroker she is fully understanding if you cheated as well.
In vanilla ME2 before doing Lair of the Shadowbroker she does behave a bit coldy and obsessive to the player and refuses to join him.
Remember the circumstance, Shepard was going to his/her death in the suicide mission and not even sure if they were coming back. So it's not really surprising if he was tempted to cheat on the LI. Most players were and did. Which is another reason Bioware had to make the consequences reasonable and they designed it so they could do that.
