Okay I got my sentinel build straightened out. Now I am wondering if I should stop playing loyality and side quests and plow through the iff mission and the sucide mission at level 22 or should i wait until i am level 30. I have completed Jacob,Tali,Garrus,Mordin,Samara,Thane, and Grunts mission. Should I complete anymore?

It's optional - you decide ;)

However, most (loyalty) missions are a lot of fun - well worth playing IMHO. When playing at max efficiency is your thing, going to level 30 is not "optimal". Most classes - including the Sentinel - are strongest between level 15-20. The global cooldown system makes powers you're not going to use (often) rather redundant. Furthermore, enemies get stronger every level (better upgrades and more health and protection). The difference is small though. I always am at level 30 when launcing the suicide mission.

However, if you want to save everyone at the SM, you'd be better doing all, or all but one, loyalty missions before heading to the IFF. It's not strictly necessary but makes things easier.

Oh, I don't care about any of the characters dying. I am only wondering if there are anymore loyalty missions I should do for upgrades only. This save file isnt important to me at all and is only being used to get the trophy. I'm not going to import this one. So from what I read above it seems like I should stop leveling and start the IFF and SM.

Then I don't think you'll notice a big difference either way.
