Hi, I've seen that some ps3 players are getting the same problem, Mass Effect 2 will freeze on the cutscene right as the normady is docking on the Rayya (Tali's Loyalty mission right at the beginning). I too am getting this same problem, the game freezes at that exact point, I bring up the task manager, and i have to manually terminate Masseffect2.exe, but even after the game closes, the process is still shown as running, and then even after I close Steam, the process will still be running. STEAM WILL NEVER  close if there is a game process from its library running, but this time it did, i restarted steam and when i tried to get back into the game, Steam told me the application was still running and was unable to start it.
