If I remember correctly, there's 135 minutes of soundtrack in the game, around the same as ME2.

None of the composers had a leading role and they never even worked together, except maybe Cris and Sascha. Rob Blake is the audio lead and I think he processed all the music.Link Ashland 614 wrote...

Mansell's not credited enough
I really need this!!! The Youtube links are killing me!!
Well he did do only 2 tracks out of 25... lol
You know, judging by the way most of the emotional tracks sound, maybe he was more of a music "director" or something like that.

When I get my XBox 360 CE, can I download it on my PC or do I have to download it to my XBox 360?
90% sure it will be like DA2. Once you register your game it will be listed under your registered game files to download.

The Mars track felt very Mass Effect-ish. Liked it a lot

.
GS: Are there any standout tracks that you want fans of the series to keep their ears out for when the game hits on March 6?
Hulick: The last track on the CE album, "An End, Once and for All." I think it's very powerful stuff, and the visuals it's scored to in-game are just mind blowing.
Dikiciyan & Velasco: "Reaper Chase" and "The Scientists".
.
All three are indeed great. Can't wait to see it!

Most of ME2's soundtrack was Character Suites; comprising of Recruitment Combat, Recruitment Ambiance, Loyalty Combat, and Loyalty Ambiance themes. Those would total up to 7 minutes when you thought about all the different intensities that needed to go in.xX N7 Xx wrote...
Why are all the tracks so short? ME:2s average was like 7 minutes the average for ME:3s is like 3 minutes

For the ME2 soundtrack, they combined various smaller pieces (1-3 minutes) into one suite or track. Like for Samara's recruitment mission, various 3 minute tracks play in the background (beginning, fight w/ the gunship, boss fight at the end, etc.). The soundtrack in ME2 combines all of these in chronological order into one track for ease.
This doesn't apply for the ME3 soundtrack, because the missions are not structured sorely around people, like ME2's was. That's why it made sense to combine tracks under the banner of the squadmate they were for. For ME3, not so much.
