I am assuming that the videos I saw in other threads of the ending with a kid-voice-guardian are real here.

I think the most lamest thing about that ending/plot element is that if the Guardian is so powerful, it went and made the dumbest decision ever.

So the logic of the ''Guardian'' seems to be

1) All organics create synthetics at some point

2) These synthetics will always rebel against organics and try to destroy them all

3) Therefore, the guardian will destroy the organics first to preserve organics life and prevent them creating synthetics capable of destroying them.

The problem here is that (3) is not the only solution and seems like the worst solution for someone interested in preserving organic life to being with. There are much more nicer alternatives to (3) like

(3_a) Destroy all synthetic life that organics make using the reapers

(3_B) Destroy all involved in AI research only

and I am sure people can come up with others. For me, the existence of possibility (3_a) it-self makes the motive and solution of the Guardian pretty stupid.

It's like trying to prevent judgement day by wiping out all the humans lol.

You're also not the first to post a thread about this. Please use existing threads to discuss topics rather than starting your own. Thank you.

End of line.
