Yeah, another story about "The Shepard", but that is again ambiguous.
It could mean an expansion pack, since an MMO or ME4 wouldn't and shouldn't have Shepard, since his story ended in ME3 as BW loves saying.
Then again... Revan.

It'd be easy for the franchise to do a 100 years later type thing where new technologies have opened up and more advancements, but then it wouldn't be called Mass Effect anymore.

That may well be the only expansion in the entirety of the 360's existence. That being said, Awakening isn't so much an expansion as an entirely different game.

Well.... considering all the endings have the Mass Relays destroyed... the potential for a MMO simply got scrapped.

Not true, people can rebuild their own civilization, happens in history all the time, and in lots of Sci-Fi's.

or you know now that i think of it mass effect and shepards story could be a legend story told in the future by this old guy
you just never know
think of it as 50,000 years after the shepard story and his legend is told

They made that DLC, so basically it was DLC on a disc.

Or it could just be a boring, cliche closing line of dialogue.
2 companies are doing two new trilogies so i dont see why bioware wouldnt follow the same pattern
its a bandwagon now if you think about it regarding my theory
sometimes it works sometimes it dosent

After this there better be a game that explains this Sh** ending from 3
Well looking at the ending of 3 and its glaring inconsistency with ME1 and even ME2, ME4 will probably be happy to just be as inconsistent lol
