When Aria requires you to get the support of the Blue Suns your contact asks you to deal with General Septimus Oraka, then you can either kill him or convince him to release his grip of the blue suns.
Being a Paragon, killing Septimus is a no go so I have to secure new weapon stocks for C-Sec by dealing with a Salarian Gun-Runner.
That dealer doesn't want any credits but wants me to bring him Artifacts, at this point I'm stuck and theres nothing on the Citadel that looks like an Artifact. So if anyone has done this mission, is it something you randomly pick up by scanning clusters?

That is exactly what it is.  Most of the artifacts you find and bring back to people on the Citadel are in Reaper controled space.  You'll have to find them before Reapers start chasing you.  Make sure you do it though.  You want to have as much military strength as possible.

Well some of us can play obviously! hehe

But I still find it weird that this looooooong mission that all took place on the citadel requires you to step out and do some random scanning in the galaxy.

There are a few of those along the way. You could spend hours on the Citadel otherwise.  I know cause I did.

Are you playing the Space Edition? Because there isn't a crack out yet.

I know this is a cryptic bump, but I've been searching the entire Citadel up and down for this damned salarian arms dealer. I've found no sight of him, and the general isn't telling me where to look for him.

Any quick help would be appreciated.

All of the artifacts I've found so far were through scanning, even for quests I hadn't picked up yet. I'd assume you scan for them.

he is on the same level as general, look on map for someone named kikakola, or something like that (in one of the shops in meridian market).
