I finished preloading Mass Effect 3 on Origin and under DLC I have From Ashes and the N7 Collectors Edition Materials but I do not see the raider shotgun and argus rifle that were supposed to come as pre-order bonuses. I also don't see the chakram launcher and armor from the KoA demo. Are these just not up yet, or is there something I need to do to activate them?

Will the items be available for download once the game launches? My friend ordered the game digitally from Amazon, and I think he received a code for his Argus. As for the KoA items, there is no download link on this site, just instructions saying that you should be able to get it through Origin.

I can't get the KoA stuff to show up either. Do we have to wait until the game comes out? Wish it was like ME2 and you could just d/l from the site. Madshot, your KoA items show up?

Origin hasn't issued codes to pre-orders yet. I'm waiting for my N7 Warfare Gear, M55 and AT-12.

I will take the time to reply that Origin pre-order codes came in an email, and can be redeemed through Origin.

Anyone know how long it takes the preorder codes from Origin to show up? Admittedly, I just preordered earlier today, but it didn't set a time limit on the Preorders. Also, it's not showing downloadable for me on my KoA content.

I just got mine. its 2 codes you have to enter using the cog wheel , redeem product code in origins software

I pre ordered the game thinking I would get the bonus they said they were giving... After contacting EA they told me the standard editions comes with nothing. I really thought any edition would get the pre-order bonus... I am the only one who got this wrong?

I am not talking about the same items as the collectors edition ofcourse

I wonder if everything is connected with country you bought game, as for ex. in here (Poland) game should be available at Friday so maybe its connected with release date ?
(and yes i unlocked my game yesterday)

Wowowowowow is this for real? i mean, i remember we (the ones who pre ordered the standard edition) would get the same weapons and the N7 armor plus the shotgun if we pre ordered the game using the origin client.

That mean we should get the complete N7 arsenal pack and the shotgun, if EA told you that we would get nothing then...¿?

But still, we should wait for a while, the game just got released, maybe a little patient won't hurt anybody .

That's what they said.  If ever it's true, wich I know it's not, I would like them to give it to me anyway because it's said that everybody should get it, or I would ask them to upgrade my game to the deluxe edition for $10 because I already paid the DLC.

I was told just right now when I asked about not having pre-order DLC that my order was not complete and that once it does I will get the DLC. Since I am from Europe I imagine that will be on EU launch date.
