I'm just curious if there's any way to transfer an XBOX save file for Mass Effect 2 (ending), to PC for Mass Effect 3. I played the first two on XBOX, but would prefer to continue it on PC. (I would rather play it on XBOX than lose anything crucial on the single player mode however.)

Is there a way?

I know it's probably asking a bit much, but a link to anything with a picture showing which file must be copied from the XBOX hard drive, would be very useful also.
