Hello!
So I live in french part of Switzerland, I have Origin in French... But I'm not sure if my game is going to be in French or English...
Origin didn't ask me anything when I downloaded the game and now when I go to "Mass Effect 3 Config", it seems like my game is in English.

The EA Support answered me!
So If anyone is wondering, it will be possible to change the DIALOGUES language in game! That's the first time I see this possible Very cool!

I can switch everything Kinect language, subtitles, but I can't seem to change the dialogue. I am on the 360. and it was said to be 'doable' Grrrr! sure I understand english but for my 1st playthrough I'd love it to be in french
