If you import a level 30 character from ME2, what level are they in ME3 at the beginning?
Import levels are the same. Power levels change though.

Think it was posted that you get a level 30 character if you import a level 30.

I thought it was confirmed you keep the exact same level?
30 in this case.
Thanks all of you - I hadn't been keeping up properly. Good to know James Shepard will be his level 30 self!

Stop being impatient. I'm sure Pikachuu isn't online. And your question has an answer. PoliteAssasin told me that when you DON'T import a character, you get to choose between Action/Story/RPG.IPLASTIKMAN wrote...
Hey pikachu can u answer my request?
You'd know this if you read the first post.
I don't exactly know that for sure. If I came of as knowing absolutely, I apologize. The two streams I saw yesterday didn't have the options when starting the game, which led me to believe it was because they imported. So I assumed that the game modes action, rpg, story, etc.. are for newly created characters. That's just my speculation from the two different streams I've seen. Hope that helps.

Are there more hair styles/customization options tan there were in the demo?
Armor customization was about the same as in ME2, just a different layout on how to do it. Translation, it's shinier. Weapon modding is here and it's a lot more like ME1.

Question. may have been answered already but, can you venture the Normandy and talk to other squadmates? If so, how is the dialog?

No need to spoil anything but do squadmates from ME2 have a decent amount of screentime in the game or are just plain cameos?
A guy from here who got the Space Edition said that the plot albeit being epic was very predictable. Is that true?
Thanks for your time

Q - Haven't been keeping up on the news so sorry if this was answered elsewhere but Pickachu, which squaddie's finally came out of the closet?
A – Uhm..this guy named Cortez is homosexual..and hes on your ship..and I think he wants me..Its a renegade option if I turn him down o_O
.... why.
Bets are that you won't get renegade points, they just decided to have one option above the other
Given the amount of poor feeling that there would be were the homosexual option put in the traditionally 'Renegade' slot, they decided to put the heterosexual option there instead

If you watched the streams from yesterday you'll notice it's true you can talk to them, but the majority of the conversation is out of your hands. You initiate different dialogue sequences with them, but 90% of it is automatic, like the rest of the dialogue in the game sadly.

Also people, remember that what you get might not be what you expect, but still incredibly good. For example, if you excpect space controlled battles, sex with multiple partners, exploration and swords, you will be disapointed. But if you go in with an oppen mind, you will be blown away by the story, sound track, combat, cinematics, drama, customization, dialogue and fish feeders the game has to offer.
So, let's just be open minded, and see if the game desreves it 11/10 (:
