Did you look up your order via www.findmyorder.com? Some of us have had better luck seeing it there.
Yes, I tried it and came up with nothing. I contacted customer support and they said it's "pending fulfillment" and that I should contact my bank about my issue. I replied asking what exactly my issue is, so I can better explain it to my bank. I have no idea what pending fulfillment means, or why I can't find any information myself on their website.
