 So I just finished my perfect playthrough of ME1 and ME2 to be ready for ME3, but I made a mistake. Like an idiot, I did all the assignments and side missions except arrival and LotSB BEFORE getting the Reaper IFF, so I didn't have enough missions to trigger all 5 legion conversations. I have triggered 4, but no matter what I do, I cannot trigger the last conversation (the one about the Geth's future and the "Dyson sphere"). I have no more assignments left. I went to every hubworld, but I can't trigger the conversation! I tried using the save editor to perhaps reset an N7 mission or two, but it didn't work. (I probably did it wrong...)

Is there ANY way I can trigger the final Legion conversation? Maybe reset an assignment or two somehow? This is the only thing stopping me from being completely satisfied with my playthrough. Thanks!

Have you done Arrival and LotSB already? If not, those should trigger it.

I sincerely doubt that specific conversation will have any impact on ME3, though. I don't know exactly what it's about, but I guess it'll be pretty much irrelevant when you import your character.

Well, What I did was I completed every assignment and mission before getting the IFF, except for Arrival and LotSB. After I got Legion, I had 1 conversation, then I did his loyalty mission and got another convo, then the collector base with the next conversation, then LotSB and conversation #4, but when I finished arrival and went to talk to him, he said they were building a consensus. Maybe Legion doesn't recognize Arrival as a mission? I should have had the final conversation with legion when I finished Arrival. But there's nothing.

I realize that the final conversation probably has absolutely no bearing on ME3, but it's a pretty big development. The geth looking to build a massive dyson-sphere? Craziness...

I do hope I find a solution soon.

But it does have a MASSIVE revelation attached to it.

If you choose the "You're becoming a Reaper?" dialogue option BEFORE the SM, than Legion says that "The Reapers are more your future than ours." Then, if you speak to him AFTER the SM, you'll get a conversation option where he explains that a Reaper is actually billions of organic minds uploaded into a mechanical shell. Oh my goodness, Mr. Jacko! Thank you so much!! While *my* Shepard didn't actually have this conversation, it is very enlightening to hear. It's such a shame BioWare made such a big revelation so obscure. If only Legion could be recruited earlier.
