Hi All: I like to know how does all the materials you collecting in ME1 and ME2 help in ME3? Why I asking is some of my Shepards have like 500k to 800k of 4 materials (ME2) you can collect and I like to know will I get anything for it? If I play ME2 again I wont collect so much

The only speculation is that you'll get a few points towards war assets.
Mineral collecting is gone in ME3.

You do get war assets though I will never 100% mine the galaxy ever again.
