I was wondering if there is any plan to make a Bioware Store for Europe?
Living in Europe, I don't really want to pay customs for buying items....

The shipping costs are too much... (living in Central Europe - e.g. Joker cap $24/shipping $35 + local postal fees I guess).

Items worth around $100 were shipped using XPO. I didn't have to pay a custom fee.
Items worth around the same were shipped using USPS and I had to pay customs.
Maybe I just got lucky.

I've had different experiences in terms of having to pay customs. I live in Denmark.

Here in Sweden you get to pay customs sometimes, it feels like a lottery. The lower the value of package the better chance do you have sneaking trough.

I realize that shipping costs increase with weight but that rate just seems insane.

A lot of it seems to be down to the courier, at least in the UK. The likes of DHL will check absolutely everything so they have every opportunity to apply their exorbitant customs processing fee, so you're pretty much guaranteed to have to pay if they're handling it (as well as having the incorrect amount calculated and your parcel crushed) whereas HDNL are a lot less pedantic so most stuff just gets waved through.rasmusvn wrote...

I haven't noticed that, no. I mostly buy lithographs but I can't say I've noticed I've had to pay twice the postage when I get two of them at once: it's sometimes a bit more expensive, but not twice.Stargazer555 wrote...
is it really true that if you order multiple items, you have to pay the shipping cost for every single item (i.e. I buy 1 shirt, I pay 30 dollars for shipping, I buy 2 shirts, I pay 60 dollars for shipping, I buy 2 shirts and a postcard sized lithograph, I pay 90 dollars for shipping)??

I paid $35 shipping to Ireland for the Grunt mini-litho, the team mini-litho, 3 tshirts and the Shepard full zip hoody so it's definately NOT $30 per item.
Also, on another occasion I paid $35 shipping for two of the full lithos
