I was wondering how it will work for me to import my ME2 Character and all the Bonus things i got through playing the DLC's. The reason why i was wondering is the following: In ME2 i used a different E-Mail adress to create my Account than i did with origin.
Will this work properly or will i get problems?

It will be tied to the email account you created your Origin ID with.
If you haven't purchased through origin or installed the game with your origin account, you'd be best off creating a new origin account with the same email address you use to log in to BSN that has all your DLC tied to.
Importing the character probably won't be a problem as the game will just read the save file you choose to import.
Most likely worst case scenario will be that you'll be able to import your ME2 save but not whatever DLC is supposed to carry over (alt. appearance packs?).
