[Ace Attorney]

 Sorry if this doesn't belong here.

I played through the demo the other day, I made sure I had my EA account connected. I played throught the 45 minutes after the game introduction and when I checked my account today, I only have the Armor Unlock, no gun.

just tried for the second time and played through it fully and just before the 40 minute mark, it froze. Needless to say, I don't wish to play the demo then burn the 45 minute wait to unlock try to get the item. I contacted EA support via their Chat and the EA representative told me there was nothing he could do as it is an in-game issue. He told me to post my issue on the Kingdom of Alamur Official Forum. I don't see how people over there could unlock the item on my BioWare account so I thought of posting here first.
Anyone know who/where I shoud contact to see if I can get this sorted out? Anyone suffered an similar issue?

I've just had the same issue. Have played through the demo twice. Didnt enjoy it the first time let alone the second and certainly not enough to play through a third time in vain. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Seriously? It will be resolved when Mass Effect 3 releases? I'm disappointed in the customer service.

Delete the demo and redownload it maybe? Other than that I don't know.

I had the same problems but I just keeped playing the demo after playing it 4 times for 45 minutes each the Weapon finally Unlocked.
If you are persistence your persistence will be awarded

I've also had this issue, I have unlocked the armour but not the Chakram.

Also like OP, I really don't want to play it again, I was decided unimpressed with the game. But I kept my end of the bargain Bioware... Any way of adding it to my account?

I played the demo to completion too, and while I know the code is old, the demo is incredibly buggy and I would rather not have to play through it again. Didn't get unlocks either.

Well I'm surprised this is this common...
