I am a Xbox user, and recently trying to activate Online Profiles for DA2 so I can earn The High Lord's Belt and Pendant of the Morning Frost bonus items, except I couldn't get it to work, so I contacted EA support, but they say I don't even have Black Emporium listed on my account, which prompted me to check, to my amazement, not only Black Emporium isn't listed, but neither is the Exiled Prince and Legacy. EA support is adamant that I don't have any DLC purchased, and I know that I did, but I couldn't show my Xbox download history to EA support, so they refuse to help me. This is frustrating to no end, so can any Staff help?
Second issue, I have Warden's Keep in my entitlement page, but I can't download it. The in-game store is not even showing the DLC. Normally, the store show all the 8 major DLC, and list them as purchased, downloaded, or not owned. but my copy of DAO only show 7 major DLC, Warden's Keep is completely disappeared from the list. So I can't download it or purchase it, or anything. Again EA support only told me to clear the cache, update the game, sign in and out of my gamertag, but no real solution. I really hope someone from EA/BioWare who knows technical side of Xbox to help me. I am going to give MS a call too, but chances are they are going to say it is an issue with EA.

ok EA gave me codes for black emporium and exiled prince again, xbox say I already own the content, so they don't know why my dlc isn't showing up on entitlement page either. Any suggestion? They say I might need to activate my online pass, but when i clicked that button here, it doesn't do anything, any advices?
