Help
I've been trying to redeem my cerberus code in Mass effect 2. Problem is that I tried every code they sent me with my (digital) copy of Mass effect 2 and keep telling me that they are either invalid or already in use.
Its pretty quite annoying and I don't want to pay for something I already paid for
Help would be appreciated.

^^ look there, and see if Firewalker dlc is unlocked, if it is then the code is used on your account. If not then contact EA and talk to a rep there, as they are the only ones to be able to help.

Same thing happened to me with my Steam bought ME2. Contacted EA support via Live Chat and they fixed it while I was on. Took maybe ten minutes including waiting for someone there to become available. Yes, annoying that these things don't just work but I'll credit them for being fast at fixing it when I said I had a problem.
