 Okay I tried looking around but didn't want spoilers, so I gave up

I romanced Liara in ME1.  I'm doing my Insanity Difficulty playthrough on ME2 and am nearly done.  I just today saw that I have no picture in my pictureframe in my room on the ship.  I have *NOT* completed the LOTSB DLC.  Did I mess it up somehow, or will the Liara romance be confirmed and carried over to ME3?

Since you didn't repost this thread, I guess I can help you here. Or try to, anyways. I'm no expert at mass effect.
Since I am a PS3 user, I had to miss out on Mass Effect and just started with ME2. I said that Liara was my romance in my comic thingy and did the shadow broker, doing the romancy stuff, getting Liara's photo at the end of the game. I didn't even want that to happen. I tried having a Jack relationship, getting to the point where I had sex with her, but afterwards I caused her to clam up and become pissed off at me for some reason. Maybe you messed up with the romance in the first game or you need the shadow broker dlc or something. I'm not sure. I've only just gotten this game in preparation for Mass Effect 3.

As strange as it sounds, have you walked right over to the picture frame?

It only shows the picture when you get close.
