I don't mean that the sound effects or music are bad, but they lack umph. Like there isn't any bass in it. Gunfire in ME1 & ME2 have UMPH on my system, ME1 & ME2 have UMPH with bass in the music, in ME3 everything sounds incredibly thin. I've tried Low and High Dynamic Range, played with volumes, tried pushing the bass on my setup, but it still feels hollow.
Do the sound and music seem weak to anyone else?

Apparently I'm not the only one. I really hope it's just a glitch:

Bumping this since I am having the same problem. When I first got into the Normandy as was talking to Liara, I could barely hear the ME theme (the one that plays in the main menu of ME1). It seemed way too low to be on purpose. And on the Citadel I think I can barely make out some music but it's barely there too.

I had the same issue during my playthrough heard hardly any music, and I'm wearing headphones. Not to mention the sound during the jump animation nearly busted my eardrums.
