Okay, do you know if pre-orders are garunteed or if their is a clause somewhere denying the company for any responibility for terminating my pre-order?

The only thing I know of is that they say pre-orders work on a first come-first serve basis, but I'm pretty sure they stop taking orders when they reach their supply limit.

From what I've heard, they might try and say you cancelled it. If that's the case just be very insistant that you didn't.
And if they say there's nothing they can do, ask to talk to someone higher up

I was afraid I wasn't going to make it to my Gamestop in time to get an N7 Edition, so I went for the web site. Just checked and it shipped. Whew. *wipes waterfall of sweat off forehead*

Originally they said it would be two days after the game was shipped...don't know if that's changed or not...seems kinda dumb if you get them a day or so  after you get the game...most people want to start the game with all the extra content ready to go at the beginning of the first playthrough.

Well the dude said it would be fully charged by today end of business day

I also emailed them about it and got auto reply saying it'll be 24-48 hours before they can send a proper response.

I pre-ordered my Xbox 360 and PS3 Mass Effect 3 CEs back when it was first announced!

I guess I'll check after 2:30 PM EST that is the time every teller at every bank I've gone to say is "the end of buiness day" hopefully this is just a busy day for gamestop.com.

Can't do that, not ordered online. I only order from GS when it is from the b&m store. Online GS is crap.

That's strange. When I did my pre-order in the store, I got the reciept that says I paid with a gift card and the rest was charged that day and I haven't gotten a call.

I'm not sure if I want to go to the 12 am release but I'm definitely bringing the reciept with me no matter when I get there. I'm not taking a chance that they'll screw up my order.

Does anyone know how we'll get the GS pre-order bonus? I wonder if it's going to be on a small slip of paper that they hand to you seperately from the game or if it's something byndled in the game box itself.

They print their pre order dlc codes on the reciept (or at least that is how my local gamestop does it) that they give you when they give you the game.  You can ask them if you are worried about it and they will show you where the code is.

I just took a look at my reiept and it syas that it's a pre-order but there's no code on it for the pre-order items. D:

I talked to a rep Thursday. He told me that the game would ship today (Monday), and the pre order bonus codes would be emailed on release day (Tuesday). On the site, my order still shows as open and one of the two charges has been removed from my bank account (I ordered collector's game and strategy guide). All I know is that if I don't get my stuff, I'll be supremely agitated.

Mine will take about 3 bunsiness days to ship it says, and one to process... -sighs- well gives me a chance to recomplete my ME1 and ME2 after the saves I had set up and waiting got wiped out.

Same. Usually means the label was created and is in their system, but they didn't pick it up yet.

Whew! Mine finally shipped. I got the PS3 N7 edition and pre-ordered on Jan. 1st, if that helps anyone out.

Now to play another waiting game.
