This is NOT the no audio bug during the chase scene.

So I missed the third paragon option and forgot to save so I had to start the whole thing over again. As soon as the Illium cop says "This area is off limits." There is no dialogue audio or music, just footsteps and ambiance. I go to the Normandy picture, all the audio is fixed. When I get to the correct prothean artifact, same problem. Once the scene is over, the screen is black and nothing happens. I ctrl+alt+delete to get the task manager open to end the Mass Effect 2 process. I end it, the program closes, however it's still in my task manager processes window. Then when I try to do anything at all on my computer I can't. I can't even shut down, restart, or lock my computer. The only way I can do anything is to manually shut off my computer via holding down the power button. I've looked EVERYWHERE but couldn't find anything regarding this. I doubt I'm the only one on the planet who has this issue. PLEASE! Somebody help me!
