Hey, i can't find Miranda the second time i get a notice to go see her. I got the mail and went to the embassy in the spectre office where it said she would be on the map, but she isn't there?

There should be a specter com unit to the left of the message unit.

where the spectre terminals are, the one on the left is now active to contact her.
