Like many of you, I have been tieing up loose ME2 ends. Orginizing my character files, making sure I got all my eggs in a row to play ME3 16 times. I always play on insanity, but because I do not have much time I decided to move it down to hardcore just to reduce the number of deaths I suffered.

WOW is it easy! No offense to anyone that hasn't moved up to Insanity, but when you have steeped yourself in 6 insanity playthroughs going back to hardcore is just a cake walk. Hard to believe how big of a jump it is but I feel like an absolute wrecking ball. I kinda like it.

Yeah, although I've done one Insanity run as a level 30 Soldier, starting into Hardcore on my level 30 Vanguard has been quite easy in comparison, so I've been going back to Insanity in most missions (not starting out or Grunt's recruitment though, **** that). Now on perhaps my final ME2 playthrough and finishing up some LM before jumping into LotSB, SM, and Arrival.

Yeah, it's kind of incredible, actually... I first noticed this after going back to finish my old PTs for ME3 a few weeks ago...

Hardcore is lulz.

On Veteran & Normal the game may as well be a point & click adventure.

Again, not to offend anyone playing at those levels... but Insanity... Insanity is a very different game.

^ L_o_B you got that correct. Its a matter of getting used to insanity - even my sentinel with tech armor will get shot to pieces on insanity if I don't pay attention.

The thing is that I played on hardcore for months because I found it difficult enough, but I studied the tips and advice of folk playing on insanity and finally was able to move up to insanity, which is actually a more interesting game because you can't just walk in there and blast everything :)
