I just downloaded Lair of the Shadowbroker but can't verify it because my game can't connect to cerberus network. When I try to log in to cerberus network manually "Password does not match the one asscociated with this email" even though I am positive I have the correct email and password entered. I had experienced the inablility to connect to cerberus problem before downloading the DLC, but it only started up a few days ago. Prior to that I had no problems and had successfully downloaded and verified several DLCs. I was really hoping to be able to play this before ME3, please help.

Nevermind, I created a new password a few times and eventually I was able to log on.

I was having the same issue. After EA support not helping much and a lot of searching in the forums, I found the issue, Any special character will fubar the logon (see thread http://social.biowar...6/index/8932930). My password was special character heavy (4 of 13 characters, none '*'). Reset password to all alphanumerics. And Voila! No more issues.
