He looks slightly Fist-like, but for the most part all I can say is that the Reaper invasion seems to have inspired a trend toward hair dye on the Citadel.

His face didn't import correctly from ME1 ME2 so they had to redo him.

Could be the lighting, but I think he also has less wrinkles and probably got a rifle butt on the chin.

Actually according to the Shadow Broker file, he has that Benjamin Button disease.

New character models are the least of my concerns with this game.
At least Ashley doesn't look fully imbred anymore.
