Im not sure what it is but everyone in ME seems to have had their faces replaced with plastic. They look glossed over and stiff compaid to the previous games. Other then the lips nothing else seems to move and even those appear out of sync with what is actualy being said.

One of the strong points of ME one and 2 was the fact that faces looked alive but now they look the doll faces seen in just about every other game.
