Just dont bring them aboard thr normady and keep them as war assets problem solved. Also there rumor that your squad teleporting to the normady is bug and that 2 you bring with you stay, so that is another way out.

In fact, I've always wondered why only the PC gets any lovin in BW's games (with aerie and haer'dalis in BG2 being the exception; subtly hinted in DA2 between fenris and isabella too).

Good we go on about getting attached to squad members throguh the mass effect games, im guessing tali and garrus thought that too

Funny reversal given Garrus' attitude towards her in ME1 ("I hope your people are properly contrite, Tali.") Good for a laugh in-game.
Of course, my canon shep would never see it. 

It sounds like there are so many moments of awesome in this game. If I can just wrap my head around the ending, figure out some way to avoid stranding Garrus and Tali (just those two! Starvation is not an acceptable outcome!), I'll happily pick it up.

Heck, even al-Jilani will dodge the first punch and try to fight Shepard in this one.

I thought you could only do that by avoiding their recruitment missions in the first place. As best I've been able to tell, the game is structured to ensure that all active LI's end up stranded or dead.

I have been told they get togeather but the only evdience I have found of a relationship is that they share a powerfull drink togeather, sorry the sight with the script i got it from got taken down so no source.

Exactly.  Though, Tali seems better with Kal'Reegar, but Garrus is nice too.

I love it. Granted it won't affect my game much since I usually roll Femshep/Garrus, but romances without Shepard? Awesomeee.

And Tali/Kal'Reegar fans can still ship them in a world where Femshep/Garrus get together.
