This only started today, and I can't figure out what may have caused it.
(Note, this only occurs when I'm playing ME3, and I don't see the red pixels in any other game/program)

This doesn't seem like a common problem. I've only seen one or two people with similar issues, and no one has answers for what could be causing it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
