Seriously, look it up sometime it's hilariously bad. It's basically some mormon womans fanfiction. The main character is bland and lifeless but everyone loves her, the "vampires" can't go in the sunlight because when they do they sparkle... yes thats right the "vampires" sparkle in the sun rather than turn to ash. As a fan of Vampires and Werewolves the whole series sends me into nerdrage like I've never felt before.

And NO, they didn't ripped off Deus Ex, the endings MAY BE quite SIMILAR, but theyre not the same thing, so, there was NO rip off.

Hahaha If people who like twilight think Mass Effect 3's endings are badly written then there really is a problem, isn't there?
