Everytime I start my Mass Effect 3 I get an incompatibility error for no reason. (Says the program is in 16bits)

Is there anyway to fix it other than reinstalling and repairing it, which I've both done atleast 10times.

Same here. Is there any way to solve this problem?

I think Windows gives this error if the header for the executable is corrupted (it's not actually 16-bit unless a coder at Bioware has a rather twisted sense of humour). You may wish to try removing Origin, re-installing it, then repairing ME3 and going again. That seems to be the generic recipe for everyone here, though it clearly works for some people better than others.
