So... only 7 more hours to go until I finish downloading the game at 50k/sec. 

After I download the game I have to download a patch, correct?  How big is the patch?  I'm hoping it's not that big since my connection is soooo freaking slow.

It's 600 MB's and it's the day 1 DLC that you get if you have the collectors/digital deluxe. if not you don't worry about the patch until the 6th.
