I've been ordering from amazon for over 3yrs now, release date delivery is overnight express, guranteed or your money back and its only $0.99, no taxes, and you just have to check your front door at your own leisure.
Gamestop makes no sense at all, gamestop.com charges $10 for overnight delivery and then it's already the day the game comes out so your already behind a day, then gamestop will charge taxes, amazon doesn't and the employees @ gamestop are annoying at best (if you buy instore) and 9/10 forget to give you your pre-order and in some cases sell your order out from under you.
Moreover amazon has BETTER trade-in values for games than gamestop, yahoo did a cover story about it about 2 months ago and if I'm not mistaken it was something like %30 more money with amazon, and they pay for the shipping, all you have to do is put the games you want in a box, print the shipping label and either have UPS pick it up or drop it off @ a ups spot. Then when they receive it, they give you a gift card toward any amazon.com purchase.
Amazon also has 24/7 customer support with english speaking americans who will either fix w/e problem you could possibly have, or if they can't fix it, give you a $5-$10 credit on your account to put toward your next purchase.
Oh and did I mention almost every game comes with either a $10 or $20 gift card? And exclusive pre-order bonuses?
