Amazon Prime members  get this option for free but I thought nonmembers got this option at a cost. 

I'm pretty sure that the release date delivery is region specific.  Also, I am not an amazon prime member and the release date delivery was actually cheaper($0.99) than the standard delivery($5).  Although I usually get my games in person, Ill be out all day tuesday so when i get home late it will be waiting in my mailbox.  Its just easier and worth the 99 cents.

Thanks!  I kept wondering why I never saw that.  I read  somewhere else that it was a new option.

I do get all that plus the AT12 Raider Shotgun. Thank god for return policies...after using the pre-order DLC code of course. And I save $10....oh my. **awaits CE release date delivery from Amazon**

 I've had the CE preordered since the beginning of December... and then I got an Amazon gift card for the holidays, which brought the price down to less than the standard edition,  
99 cent releasse date delivery, too.

Went with amazon digital. I'll be playing at midnight sharp (depending on which timezone midnight IS). Game's already installed and is just waiting for authorization.

I pre-ordered with amazon last June 6th. Today I realized that it was set to deliver to my old house so I go to change it before tomorrow when release date delivery goes out. Of course that changed my shipping speed but i didn't think of that and just clicked through everything. Now my fastest delivery option is 1-day that gets there on the 8th. I'm sad now


edit: What does the N7 edition have that the DDE doesn't? I might just change over and go to ME saves and just leave it like that.

Shipping is actually probably my biggest reason for not ordering from Gamestop.  They simply aren't competitive in that regard.  Even without my Prime membership each and every game I buy new would qualify for free shipping, and oftentimes they offer release date shipping to non-members for $.99.
